When the move leaves Georgia, the same crew that loads in Atlanta drives it to the door. Trey Brooks leads our long-distance runs, and Pair Of Guys carries its own US DOT and MC authority on file — we don’t hand your shipment off to a middleman or a stranger’s truck.
What’s included
An interstate move books as one truck, one crew, one price:
- One dedicated 26-ft truck and one W-2 crew from load to delivery, no transfers
- Pad-wrap and shrink on every piece before it leaves Murphy Ave
- A firm per-route flat price, not a guess-by-the-pound estimate
- $1M cargo coverage with a nine-month claim window
How the day goes
- Route quote. Bryson prices your run as a flat band; see current lanes on our Atlanta-to-Nashville route.
- Load day. We stage a 5am start when the pickup sits inside the Perimeter so the loaded truck clears I-285 before rush hour.
- The drive. Trey and the crew stay with the shipment the whole way, so delivery is a real window, not a two-week spread.
- Unload. Pieces go to the right rooms and we reassemble what we took apart.
Route pricing
Long-distance runs price by lane as a flat band, set by mileage and load size rather than an hourly clock. You can release the shipment at $0.60/lb or add full-value protection. A $100 deposit holds the load date and applies to the balance.
Before we point the truck north
We only book a lane once we’ve confirmed the truck, the crew, and the delivery window — that’s how Reggie runs dispatch on every interstate job.
Staying inside the metro instead? Our local moving crews cover the counties, or start at the Pair Of Guys homepage and request a route quote for your city.
