Every local job books with a 26-ft truck and a two-mover crew at the base rate. Here’s what comes standard:
- Two W-2 movers and a 26-ft truck at $149/hr, with a two-hour minimum
- Furniture pads, shrink wrap, and dollies loaded before we leave the Murphy Ave yard
- Basic disassembly and reassembly of bed frames and table legs
- Furniture set in place, not left by the door
How the day goes
Reggie runs dispatch, so your crew has a route and a plan before the truck turns over.
- Hold the date. A $100 deposit locks your slot and comes off the final total.
- Rush window. For moves inside the Perimeter we can roll a 5am crew to clear I-75/I-85 and the Downtown Connector before traffic stacks up.
- Load and drive. Cory’s Westside crew wraps and shuttles; most OTP hops stay under one truckload.
- Walk it through. We place the last piece, you check the rooms, and we settle up.

What we flag before the truck rolls
A few things sit outside the base rate. High-rise buildings in Buckhead or Midtown need a COI and a booked freight-elevator window. A piano starts at $250 and a gun safe at $350. Long carries or a second stairwell can add to the hourly count.
